“…Briefly 2 mg/ml purified synuclein was sedimented at three speeds (10,000, 14,000, and 20,000 rpm, AN-60 rotor) in a Beckman XL-1 ultracentrifuge for 16 -20 h per speed at 20°C, and protein concentration as a function of radius was determined by absorbance at 280 nm.
