Molecular immunoglobulin/T-cell receptor clonality diagnosis by gene scan in lymphoproliferative disorders

Abstract: There remains significant controversy over the techniques used for clonal diagnosis of lymphoproliferative disorders because of questions regarding the sensitivity, specificity and throughput.
