“…Нуклеотидная последовательность F-гена 19 из 24 охарактеризованных изолятов была близка к таковой референс-штамма ON67-1210A современного генотипа ON1/GA2 и значительно отличалась от вирусов-прародителей Long и А2. Пять штаммов, выделенных в 2014 г., составили отдельную группу, не укладывающуюся в рамки классификации Кимуры [5]. Следует отметить, что по данным секвенирования G-гена эти 5 штаммов подобно остальным изолятам из Санкт-Петербурга относились к современному генотипу ON1/GA2.…”
