Molecular epidemiology and antimicrobial resistance patterns of Clostridioides difficile isolates in Algerian hospitals

Abstract: Introduction: Clostridioides difficile is a major pathogen responsible for hospital-associated diarrhoea. This study investigated the molecular epidemiology and antibiotic resistance of C. difficile isolates in five Algerian hospitals.
