Molecular Dynamics Study of Cl- Permeation through Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR)

Abstract: The recent elucidation of atomistic structures of Cl - channel CFTR provides opportunities for understanding the molecular basis of cystic fibrosis.
