Abstract: Background: This study reports on the development of a controlled-release isoniazid (INH) drug delivery system using poly-є-caprolactone (PCL) functionalized magnetite-nanoparticles (MNPs), as a theoretical potential tool for tuberculosis (TB) chemotherapy.
