Molecular Descriptors from Two-Dimensional Chemical Structure

Abstract: This chapter presents a review of whole-molecule descriptors obtained from two-dimensional chemical structure. The sections include a short overview of the mathematical foundation (graph theory) that is behind the calculation of topological descriptors.
