Abstract: Ticks, blood-sucking ectoparasites, spread diseases to humans and animals. <i>Haemaphysalis longicornis</i> is a significant vector for tick-borne diseases in medical and veterinary contexts. Identifying protective antigens in <i>H. longicornis</i> for an anti-tick vaccine is a key tick control strategy.
