Abstract:Introduction:
Biochemical interactions occur in vivo between small solubilizing molecules and intracellular membrane proteins due to differences in intermolecular affinity. Here, this relationship is further explored by in silico modeling of partitioning solvation parameters and proportion of molecular structure lipophilicity to hydrophilicity.
