Molecular Assessment of Some Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) Genotypes Revealed by SCoT Markers

Abstract: The SCoT marker was able to shed light on the origin-specific genetic link between the genotypes under study, providing breeders with a valuable resource. Some Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) genotypes were analyzed for their genetic diversity, genetic connection, and DNA fingerprint using ten molecular markers of the SCoT (Start Codon Targeted) type.
