Molecular and bacteriological investigation of Johne’s disease in dairy cattle

Abstract: Johne's disease (JD) caused by Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) represents a real threat to the agriculture and dairy food industries and believed to be a potential public health problem.
