Abstract:Inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) caused by fowl aviadenoviruses (FAdVs) resulted in significant economic losses in broilers in Saudi Arabia and worldwide. In this study, the FAdVs involved in field cases of IBH were identified using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with primers targeting the hexon gene.
