Abstract: AimTo report a case of molar‐incisor‐malformation (MIM) in a 7‐year‐old boy with a history of congenital infantile fibrosarcoma of the upper chest, which was surgically treated, without adjuvant radio/chemotherapy.Material and MethodsThe boy presented with mobility and pain on percussion of the permanent mandibular first molars.
