High bit rate modulation is an essential aspect of next-generation WiFi and plays a crucial role in achieving high data rates and increased network capacity. high-bit rate modulation uses advanced modulation schemes, such as 4096-QAM, to increase the maximum number of bits sent over a particular frequency band. Using nonlinear amplifiers in wireless communication systems will significantly improve the performance of high bit rate modulation techniques, such as 4096-QAM. Nonlinear amplifiers can cause a range of impairments, including intermodulation, harmonic distortion, and amplitude compression, which can affect the transmitted signal quality. It is essential to minimize the effects of these impairments through proper design and optimization of the amplifier to ensure the highest quality possible of the transmitted signal. In this paper, M-QAM with nonlinear amplifier system design and implanted with MATLAB Simulink where in terms of Transmitted and Received spectrum signal and constellation diagram and calculated error vector magnitude (EVM) and modulation error ratio (MER) measurements for 1024, 2048, and 4096-QAM that used in WiFi 6, WiFi 6E, WiFi 7, respectively.

HaLow Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11ah) wireless networking standard. As opposed to 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz-based conventional Wi-Fi networks, it leverages 900 MHz frequencies license-exempt for enabling networks Wi-Fi with a longer range. Lower energy usage makes it possible to build extensive networks of sensors or stations that work together to communicate signals, which is another advantage. In this paper IEEE 802.11ah Wi-Fi system design and implemented using MATLAB Simulink and tested under multiusers and channels environment in terms of Spectrum analyzer and constellation Diagram where 4 users, 2 MHz and 4 MHz channels bandwidth used to perfume the test also power of coarse synchronization, fine synchronization and initial channel estimation, to make Wi-Fi networks with a greater range possible were illustrated in space time stream.

For wireless broadband communication long-term evolution (LTE) is a standard for also mobile devices and data terminals, by using different radio interface together with core network improvements LTE increases the capacity and speed of mobile network. In this paper radio frequency receiver of radio-frequency long-term evolution (RF-LTE) is design and simulated using MATLAB Simulink, where the design based on illustrating parameters of each stage in LTE RF receiver from generating LTE waveform to error vector magnitude (EVM) measurements, where simulation results with 8 MHz bandwidth the transmitted signal power -3200 dBm, the received signal power (-140 to -160) dBm, while the demodulated signal reaches to -60 dBm difference between main loop and side loop witch lead to high confident recovered signal, also complementary cumulative distribution function (CCDF) measurements applied on output signals so that computes the power of complementary for cumulative distribution CCDF function from signal in time domain. Where CCDF curve shows value of time that a signal stand still above the level of average power for the measured signal or the probability of signal power will be above the level of average power.
