Abstract: Root perforations may cause periodontitis, resulting in alveolar bone loss. This study compared the zirconia containing MTA Matreva® (MAT group) to traditional MTA Angelus® (ANG group) as root perforation repair materials regarding the cytotoxicity and the osteogenic potential.
