Abstract: Photolysis of aryl azides offers a versatile approach to achieve more sophisticated functionalization, for instance in the field of chemical biology. In this study, a photoactivatable aryl azide named Pcp‐Az is presented that forms three distinct emissive molecules after irradiation.
