Abstract:Modified magnetite and hydrothermal apatite in banded iron-formations (BIFs) are ideal minerals for studying hydrothermal and metamorphic processes, and are applied to linking with high-grade Fe mineralisation and metamorphism in iron deposits hosted by BIFs.
