This study aims to determine the effect of imagery training (group 1), kinesthetic perception training (group 2), and control training (group 3) on improving zero-step lay-ups and free-throws. The method used in this research is an experiment with a quantitative approach with a research design using Match Subject Ordinal Pairing. The design in this study used 24 samples divided into 3 groups given different treatments. this study uses measurements of zero-step lay-up and free-throw. The results of this study indicate that the zero-step lay-up of group 1 has an average pre-test result of 76.75 the post-test results which are with an average result of 110.87, and free-throw group 1 with an average pre-test result of 36.62 for post-test with an average result of 71.25. With the conclusion that the zero-step lay-up increased by 44% and free-throw by 95%, from the pre-test and post-test results. The results of group 2 for zero-step lay-up training are with an average pre-test of 66.75 then for post-test results of 100.12, and for free-throw group 2 with an average of 44.62 then for post-test with an average of 72.5. The results of group 3 for zero-step lay-up training are with an average pre-test of 63.62 then for post-test results of 81.37, and for free-throw group 3 with an average of 38.62 then for post-test with an average of 60.12. With the conclusion that the zero-step lay-up increased by 28% and free-throw increased by 56% from the pre-test and post-test results. The control group did experience an increase because they continued to practice as usual without any treatment like groups 1 and 2, but the increase was still below that of the treatment group. Thus it can be concluded that imagery training and kinesthetic perception training can be used to improve the ability of zero-step lay-up and free-throw.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performa shooting petanque atlet kota Matarama selama pertandingan pada kejuaraan PORPROV NTB XI 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah atlet petanque kota Mataram yang berjumlah 12 atlet. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sample yang berjumlah 10 atlet. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan video pertandingan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah blanko analisis performa shooting petanque. Data baku penelitian dianalisis menggunaan rumus perhitungan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, atlet dengan inisial AL memiliki performa shooting 46.4%, BS memiliki performa shooting 65%, IIS memiliki performa shooting 69.6%, MR memiliki performa shooting 61.4%, MAK memiliki performa shooting 50%, BAF memiliki performa shooting 42.9%, UH memiliki performa shooting 66.8%, SR memiliki performa shooting 51.6%, SA memiliki performa shooting 56.9%, dan DAH memiliki performa shooting 42.9%. Shooting Performance of Petanque Athletes in Mataram City for the XI 2023 NTB PORPROV Championship Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the petanque shooting performance of the Matarama city athletes during the matches at the PORPROV NTB XI 2023 championship. The research method used was quantitative descriptive research. The research population was the petanque athletes in the city of Mataram, totaling 12 athletes. The sampling technique used a purposive sample of 10 athletes. Collecting research data using secondary data, namely by observing video matches. The research instrument used was a blank petanque shooting performance analysis. Research raw data were analyzed using a percentage calculation formula. The results showed that athletes with the initials AL had a shooting performance of 46.4%, BS had a shooting performance of 65%, IIS had a shooting performance of 69.6%, MR had a shooting performance of 61.4%, MAK had a shooting performance of 50%, BAF had a shooting performance of 42.9%, UH has a shooting performance of 66.8%, SR has a shooting performance of 51.6%, SA has a shooting performance of 56.9%, and DAH has a shooting performance of 42.9%.

“…Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlakuan yang diberikan dalam pelatihan meningkatkan ketepatan shooting petanque alet-atlet IKIP PGRI Pontianak adalah penggunaan alat modified duo tir. Modified duo tir merupakan produk hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Lubis et al (2023) yaitu alat khusus berupa target untuk melatih ketepatan shooting terdiri dari 2 boules yang terbuat dari bosi imitasi yang dihubungkan dengan spring (per) front fork Yamaha. Penggunaan alat ini lebih efisien dan praktis digunakan dalam latihan peningkatan ketepatan shooting, dimana atlet hanya fokus pada bagaimana melakukan shooting agar mengenai target (modified duo tir) mulai dari jarak terdekat sampai terjauh (jarak ideal 6 sampai 10 meter) dalam permainan petanque yang sesungguhnya, tanpa menyusun kembali boules challenge sebaimana latihan konvensional yang sering dilakukan.…”

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan shooting atlet petanque IKIP PGRI Pontianak masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan alat modified duo tir dalam meningkatkan hasil ketepatan shooting atlet petanque IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen yang terdiri dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan desain penelitian test and post-test with non-equivalent control-group design. Analisis data diawali dengan deskriptif data statistik dilanjutkan dengan uji prasyarat Kormogorov-Smirnov Test sebelum melakukan Paired Sampel T-Test, uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji homogenitas untuk data post-test masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, dan diakhiri dengan Independent Samples T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan menggunakan alat modified duo tir lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan latihan konvensional dalam meningkatkan ketepatan shooting atlet petanque IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil Independent Sampel T-Test diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka disimpulkan ada perbedaan pengaruh hasil ketepatan shooting antara kelompok latihan menggunakan alat modified duo tir memiliki nilai mean sebesar 27,58 dan kelompok latihan konvensional memiliki nilai mean hanya sebesar 19,58.
