Modified Arabic Test Chart for Near and Far Vision

Abstract: A modified Arabic chart for assessing near and far vision is presented here. In addition to overcoming the wide-step grading in current charts, simple letters replace sentences for easier recognition by the average person in Arab populations. The near-vision chart reflects the actual power needed for correction.
