Modifications de l’électroencéphalographie au cours de l’insuffisance respiratoire aiguë des pulmonaires chroniques

Abstract: Soixante-dix malades présentant une bronchopneumopathie chronique, hospitalisés pour insuffisance respiratoire aiguë (SaO2 inférieure ou égale à 70 p. 100; PaCO2 supérieure à 60 mm Hg) ont subi, pendant la réanimation d’urgence, des enregistrements électroencéphalographiques répétés en même temps qu’un dosage des gaz du sang artériel.
