Modern approaches to glioblastoma therapy

Abstract: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most malignant and the most common primary tumor of the central nervous system. During the last several years GBM has been classified and managed according to the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria which subdivide it into primary and secondary GBM.
