Moderated Mediation Analysis of Leader Technology Orientation: A Study of Operations and Manufacturing Leaders of India

Abstract: This article aims to understand the impact of the relationship between operations leader employee orientation (LEO) and leader information orientation (LIO) on leader long-term orientation (LLTO).
