Moderate-intensity interval exercise but not high-intensity interval exercise improves the spatial memory of ovariectomized rats

Abstract: Physical exercise exerts beneficial effects on the spatial learning and memory. Highintensity interval exercise (HIIE) has been proposed as a time-efficient physical exercise regimen.
