Moderate intensity exercise improves heart rate variability in obese adults with type 2 diabetes

Abstract: This study suggests that thrice-a-week moderate intensity aerobic exercise for six months improves cardiac rhythm regulation as measured by HRV in obese adults with type 2 diabetes.
