Modelling the form factor of Pinus sylvestris trees in the Kostroma region, Russia

Abstract:The paper considers the issue of using the stem taper to model the form factor of pine tree trunks in the Kostroma region. It has been determined that the diameter values predicted by the model can be used to establish the taxation characteristics of trunks.
