Modelling the Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless Transition in the NiGa_2S_4

Abstract: In the two-dimensional superfluidity, the proliferation of the vortices and the anti-vortices results in a new class of phase transition, Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless (BKT) transition.
