The paper deals with the development, structure and implementation of continuing control process technology of the flight crew’s psychophysiological state of the civil aviation as a tool aimed at forecasting and for predicting the unregulated actions of the pilots, revealing their reserve psychophysiological capabilities in known or predicted inflight abnormal circumstances during a flight mission.
The creation and implementation of continuing control process technology (CCPT) means the introduction a system of the programs’ psychophysiological and psycholinguistic tests in the organizational structure of the aviation enterprise personnel support and the forecast base for flight safety to optimize and automate the existing complex for training, education and retraining of the commercial pilots to ensure flight safety.
