Modelling and proportional-integral-derivative controller design for position analysis of the 3-degree of freedom

Abstract: A closed-loop system or which can also be known as a feedback system helps the system to achieve the desired output by comparing the input and the output values. If any difference is detected, the closed-loop system will create an error signal and automatically responds to it. Other than that, the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller has a feedback mechanism. Thus, this creates the curiosity whether the closed-loop system and PID which both have the characteristic of a feedback system, can give th… Show more

“…The importance of this kind of problem was brought to light in a number of earlier studies [20]. Many studies also provide some interesting approach, such as modeling that is linked with positioning analysis inside 3D visualisation is also very important [25]. In addition, torque ripple minimization was proposed in Aihsan et al [26], and impedance characteristics in the visualisation of spatial movements were also reported in Choudhury et al [27].…”

“…Once the mathematical model is inputted, the PID parameters most suitable for the system are automatically computed [12]. PID Tuner generates rapid, stable, and accurate responses, making it a precious tool in designing effective controllers for various real-world applications [13]. One drawback of using this method is that users must understand the system being built so that the resulting PID parameters can function effectively [12].…”
