The purpose of this article is to analysis various strategies for effective household energy conservation improvement because day by day energy scarcity increases one of third largest consumer is domestic consumer. The power wastage from the domestic consumer is increases abruptly. In this article deals what are different strategies uses to effectively utilize energy conservation for household applications. In the exciting various awareness programme provided by government even-though the power losses are never drop down. The drawback of these due to malfunctions of the equipment. In the proposed article various methods and strategies suggest to reduce the power consumption. The merits of the proposed system is the investment cost is too low, in particular point the investment cost is zero. The outcome of the proposed system helps the public to reduce the power loss and save the nations.

In this paper guides in the fuzzy logic and Neural network variable step size Incremental conductance maximum power point tracking controller were analyzed as well suggested on further work. Firstly, the Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) controller based hardware system derived paper were discussed followed by Neural Network (NN) based VSS Inc-Cond were discussed in the second half. In the first paper derived simple FLC I.e short, medium and long distance were considered to derive the 25 rules. The input of FLC are current and voltage, the output of FLC is duty cycle or D. The duty cycle apply into variable step Inc-conductance method to find the optimal point of the PV system. Further discussed experimental block diagram of FLC-Inc-Cond system. At the end of the paper authors compared various hardware to show tabulations. In the second half, initially discussed conventional Inc-Cond, followed by general Fuzzy logic controller were discussed. Further author derived VSS Inc-Cond based NN MPPT were developed on Matlab simulink. The output of FLC-Inc Cond as well NN based MPPT is great performance when compare to conventional system.

In this paper, a novel intelligent Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) based on Maximum Power Extracting (MPE) of photovoltaic standalone system is proposed, which can handle the uncertainties of the rules under high deviations in climate conditions. Traditional Perturbation and Observation (P&O), hillclimbing MPE structures are examined. The MPE used a boost converter controller. The novel MPPT controller develops enhanced P&O based on possible power extractor search technique by fuzzifying rules of such method and eliminates the conventional drawback. A new FLC based improved P&O offers a precise and quick convergence to MPE during changing climatic and steady-state conditions compared to existing P&O and hill climbing method. The development of the suggested MPE is confirmed in simulation MATLAB at dissimilar operating circumstances.
