In the course of time a number of machine significant changes related to machine aging occur. The reasons for these changes are quite diverse. They are inevitable and irreversible in the time process of a gradual transition of the machine to a lower qualitative state. The article contains the data about the change in the indicators of no-failure and repairability of tractors (average restoration time) in the before-repair and between-repairs periods, which should be considered as a result of their aging. Data on the ratio of the lifetime of units and parts indicate the decisive role of the aging factor, but the lifetime can be strongly influenced by the assembly technology and the main thing - the run-in of parts. The degree of the aging of a machine can be estimated by reducing the lifetime of components, MTBF, machine productivity, etc., in the form of an aging factor, Kc. It shows how many times the lifetime of the part replaced in the machine is less than the nominal lifetime of the original part. The MTBF of the ageing machine is less than that of the new machine, or the labor input for the restoration of the old machine is greater than that of the new machine. By determining the aging rate of the parts to be replaced over the time interval under consideration, we constructed an aging function. The aging process of agricultural machinery was evaluated by the time and moment of resistance to unscrewing the uncoated threaded joints with a service life of 0.2 to 4 years. According to the obtained distribution functions, the average time increases with increasing service life, and the moment of resistance to unscrewing approaches the maximum values. With a service life of more than 4 years, the number of non-disassembled bolt connections, which break at the moment of unscrewing, increases, and the maintenance time also increases. The dynamics of the aging factors of threaded connections can be represented in the form of quadratic functions.

Concept for the formation of technical service of agricultural machinery in Western Siberia

The service concept for agricultural machinery can only be viable if priority is given to the use of machines in agricultural work. The main contradiction in the maintenance and machine usage system is the overlapping timing: the higher the operating time, the more maintenance work needs to be done. The specifics of determining maintenance load are that current issues and trends in machine maintenance need to be taken into account. They consist in the fact that the technical and financial basis for the formation of an effective specialised service system is now virtually non-existent on the one hand, and the virtual absence of a service consumer because of the insufficient profitability of agricultural enterprises on the other. For the time being, therefore, machinery will have to be repaired and maintained mainly by the farms themselves by replacing worn units and parts with new or second-hand ones in the workshops of the farms. How to make this work more effectively? In the research, the use of agricultural machinery has been considered. Proposed and substantiated the concept of technical service formation at the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Western Siberia. The main advantages of the proposed agricultural equipment maintenance system concept are discussed.

Method for Evaluation of the Economic Efficiency of Using Tractors in the Course of Implementation of a New Maintenance Method in Farms of the Omsk Region

Solution to the problem of improving the reliability of machine and tractor fleet in the production conditions of agricultural business is an important and urgent task for engineering department of agro-industrial complex. It can be solved by reducing the downtime of machines for maintenance using intensive methods for performing operations during low-stress period of field work, as well as outsourcing part of maintenance operations to specialized maintenance companies. Currently, one machine operator operates several machines and cannot perform maintenance and repair operations on time. Therefore, it is reasonable to outsource a part of complex maintenance and repair work to specialized companies. The article calculates maintenance costs at two levels: farm units of the agro-industrial complex and specialized maintenance enterprises. During forming a maintenance system at farms, dealer system can be implemented only in large ones with high profitability. Based on the studies, a method was developed for defining the economic efficiency of tractor operation in the course of implementation a new form of maintenance in the farms of the Omsk Region. The determination of the reduction of unit costs from the outsourcing of operations for complex technical maintenance during stressful period of field work by the farms of the Omsk Region to specialized enterprises have proved the effectiveness of the new concept of maintenance. Maintenance organization in cooperation with specialized centers will not only reduce the cost of equipment maintenance organization, but also increase the profitability of farm.
