“…In the MICMAC analysis, factors in Quadrant 4 are classified as “Independent factors” and represent system core elements. These factors have a high driving power but a low dependence power (Akpinar & Ozer Caylan, 2023). F1 and F8 have been identified as significant factors influencing policy formulation.…”

“…The selection of these experts was undertaken with utmost care and precision, guided by their extensive knowledge base, professional qualifications, and relevance to the field under study (Shekhar & Das, 2023). The sample size of 15 experts, as outlined in Appendix B, aligns well with established practices in similar research (Akpinar & Ozer Caylan, 2023;Dhir & Dhir, 2020;Jain & Raj, 2021). This sample size does not compromise the results' reliability, credibility, or validity, as TISM with less than 20 experts is standard practice (Ahmad & Qahmash, 2021;Saxena et al, 2023;Sushil., 2018).…”

ISM was implemented as a communicative tool to build a contextual relationship (Akpinar and Ozer Caylan, 2023; Diabat and Govindan, 2011; Iqbal et al ., 2021). ISM increases the direct and indirect connection, which reveals high/grown accurateness; otherwise, factors are imagined as isolative from each other (Iqbal et al.…”

“…By involving experts, ISM provides a means of determining and relating the factors of the topic. Such identification provides knowledge and information to executives and decision-makers to comprehend and focus on the core factors and control other factors that have a possible impact on the core ones (Akpinar and Ozer Caylan, 2023). In this study, we aimed to determine SCA agility enablers and the interrelationships among them based on expert insight.…”
