Modeling of the lifting of a heat transfer agent in a geothermal well of a gas condensate deposit

Abstract: Purpose is to develop mathematical model of nonisothermal inflow and lifting of the recovered gaseous mixture (i.e. geothermal fluid) of a well taking into consideration dynamic coefficient of heat transfer and thermal diffusion coefficient; fluid expansion coefficient in terms of nonadiabatic process; effect of average integral environmental temperature on the heat transfer coefficient; changes in molar mass of the fluid during the well operation; and a process of the productive seam cooling during initial de… Show more

“…It should be noted that today, modern technologies used for the manufacture of structural materials allow the use of smart composite materials for the production of drilling tools obtained by reinforcing the carbon matrix with carbon fiber material (carbon-carbonic compositional materials). In particular, drill pipes made of such materials demonstrate high economic efficiency in the oil and gas sector [102][103][104][105][106]. Therefore, for analysis, we chose another option-drill pipe based on composite carbon fiber material (modulus of elasticity in the axial direction of such material-5.6 × 10 4 MPa).…”

“…2 and gives a complete stheme picture of the double generation and utilization of electricity and heat in the case when actively extracting both local hydrocarbons and available local geothermal energy. Thermal energy in large quantities can be used as an auxiliary energy of technological processes in the extraction and transportation of natural gas and oil [6][7]. Unquestionably produced electricity can be used for the synthesis of useful fuels (hydrogen, methanol, gasoline) and synthesized methane on site.…”

“…The potential energy of the associated oil gas, when properly used, can serve to raise the production fluid to the surface [11][12][13][14]. Due to the gas adding to the water-oil mixture of the well, it is possible to reduce the fluids density to such level that it will even reduce the minimum required outlet pressure of the sucker-rod pump, which is used for oil well operation [15,16]. The paper in [17] describes the fundamental possibility of joint operation of the ground jet pump in the conditions of sinusoidal change of the working flow and the rod pump.…”
