Modeling of quality control points of equipment maintenance process

Abstract: In order to control the maintenance process effectively and improve the maintenance quality, model for quality control points of equipment maintenance process is formulated in this paper. By analyzing the process of equipment maintenance systematically, Control elements of the process are selected as the control targets to build the equipment maintenance process quality control point model. Therefore the maintenance quality indexes can be determined. Using Analytic hierarchy process, the influence of maintenan… Show more

“…Methods from the non-destructive testing group and quality management tools were used in the model because they are preferred in casting quality control and quality problem analysis. Many cited literature items confirm the effectiveness of applying the considered methods individually [ 41 , 85 , 86 , 87 , 88 , 89 , 90 , 93 , 94 , 95 , 96 , 97 ].…”

“…The literature on quality management often presents the issue of quality analyses supported by single quality management tools [ 85 , 86 , 87 , 88 , 89 , 90 ], or develops models in production process optimization [ 91 , 92 ]. However, no integrally configured quality control method has contributed to the realization of in-depth causal analysis of manufacturing non-conformities identifying the root cause of non-conformities.…”

“…In contrast to the final acceptance control, single control points of the technological process allow to draw attention to subsequent production processes in order to eliminate and prevent the occurrence of irregularities in the future. In addition, the identification of non-compliance immediately after the technological operation in which it arose results in separating the product from the further processing process and protect-ing the company from incurring unnecessary costs (further processing of incompatible product) [13,15,16,17,25,26]. In each of the designated control points it is possible to apply quality control with a division into two types of data: numerical data or alternative data, therefore it can be stated that each quality control is a numerical control (assessment of product properties takes place on the basis of measurable characteristics) or an alternative control (assessment of properties takes place on the basis of nonmeasurable characteristics (or measurable, but not measured), by comparison with a standard, and then a twostage assessment, e. g. "compliant product", "non-compliant product" or multivalent) [12,20,15].…”

“…The methods of quality management that enable the activities indicated to be carried out are those which skillfully apply to increase the level of quality of the products offered [21]. Qualitative analyses supported by the use of individual quality management tools [22][23][24][25], or the use of these tools to optimize production processes [26,27] are often presented in quality management literature papers. It is, therefore, appropriate to develop a sequential method for analyzing and improving friction-welded connections.…”
