Modeling multiple-frequency electron cyclotron resonance heating

Abstract: Electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) heating influences two of the main parameters (electron temperature and, indirectly, density) that determine the charge state of the ions produced in an ECR ion source (ECRIS).
