Modeling and Optimization of Inserting Order Schedule of Agile Supply Chain

Abstract: In order to solve the inserting order scheduling problem of agile supply chains which already have fixed production plans, a two stage supply chain which consists of one factory and many suppliers is studied. Take minimizing the total supply chain cost as the objective, an Integer Planning (IP) model is designed to describe the scheduling problem based on the time slot representation of corps’s available schedule periods, and a Neighbor Value Partial Interchange Simulated Annealing algorithm(NVPI-SA) is propos… Show more

“…Our first step is based on the analysis of the mutual information, which we can determine the logical rules between indicators and decision variables. The validation of the recovery rate of material indicator is based on the present rules that validate the consistence between performance indicator IP and action variable ID such as in (12):If ID2=id2 1 and ID3=id3 1 so IP1=IP1 2 If ID2=id2 2 and ID3≠ id3 1 so IP1=IP1 1 If ID2≠id2 2 and ID3= id3 2 soIP1=IP1 2 If ID2≠ d2 1 and ID3= id3 1 so IP1=IP1 2 (12) In the second step, we can determine the other indicators related to the supply chain agent by the same rule, which we can define by the players and their preferences via the selected indicators in the WEEE industries.…”

“…Corresponding to Christopher and Towill [7], an effective management of supply chain is based on the flexibility and the quality, which can be achieved by the dynamic partnerships and the coordination of flows. In the same way, Hang et al [12] focus on minimizing the total cost in order to implement agile supply chain in scheduling order. To achieve a level of agility, Lin et al [13] evaluates the supply chain agility on a Taiwanese company which focuses on the application of the linguistic measurement.…”

“…Duron et al [ 24 ] tried to reduce original order delay caused by new order insertion operation through a real-time approach. Besides, many scholars regarded minimizing supply chain cost as a frequently used objective in order insertion model; see, for example, [ 25 ]. Gomes et al [ 26 ] studied order insertion problem in make-to-order industries.…”
