Abstract: Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome (INS) is a common childhood glomerular disease requiring intense immunosuppressive drug treatments. Prediction of treatment response and the occurrence of relapses remains challenging. Biofluid-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) may serve as novel liquid biopsies for INS classification and monitoring.
