Every company activity is carried out by human resources, a valuable asset for the company. If a company has competent, loyal and tough employees, then, of course, the company’s progress can be seen more quickly. The turnover phenomenon is one of the problems that are often faced by companies, including those faced by the management of Company XYZ, a branch of banking company in West Sumatra. Thus, it is necessary to know the factors influencing turnover intention, including job satisfaction, job stress, and moving from conventional banks. This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of these three variables on employee turnover intention and analyze the critical factors at Company XYZ. Quantitative research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the population with 99 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS software. The study results found that job satisfaction had a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The last variable is hijrah from conventional banks, a critical factor that positively influences turnover intention with a t-value of 6.350.

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the decline in people's purchasing power which has led to low performance and financial stability as well as a sluggishness for the small and medium business sector. So that a business needs an effective system to produce accurate, timely and relevant information to deal with economic problems that occur. The purpose of this study was to empirically prove the effect of technological sophistication, management participation and user technical skills on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, especially for small and medium-sized businesses in South Denpasar. The study used a sample of 173 respondents who were employees of small and medium enterprises. The sample of this study was selected using purposive sampling method. Data collection using the survey method in the form of a questionnaire as a research instrument and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results of this study indicate that technological sophistication, management participation and user technical skills have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems in small and medium-sized businesses in South Denpasar.

The research purpose is to prove the truth of an internal survey of 96,406 users of the Academy Skills platform. The results of the survey stated that after participating in the training the user felt an increase in skills. Verification of the correctness of the survey uses a combination of the Delone and McClean (DM) models and the Technology-to-Performance Chain (TPC) model which has 5 constructs: System quality, information quality, service quality, task-Technology Fit, and Net Benefit. The method used in this study is a quantitative method through the development of identified constructs. Quantitative data was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents using the Skill Academy platform. The result of this study is that the constructs of system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive effect on task-technology fit, and the task-technology fit construct has a positive effect on net benefits. In other words, the skills academy platform has quality systems, information, and services that allow tasks to be accommodated so that the impact is beneficial for users.
