In well-known reasons, the question of influence of globalization on decisions in the theory of portfolio investment was not discussed, since this was not necessary. The relevance of such a research became actual after the appearance of "young" financial markets only, where the processes of profitability formation of financial assets depended on globalization. In this article, to study this problem, proposed a model that describes a double-level mechanism for profit generating. Usage of this model allowed us to set the specificity of the influence of globalization to the main characteristics of portfolio decisions. Based on this specificity was modified the Sharp's diagonal portfolio investment model with the aim of its practical use in the context of globalization. The performed calculations confirmed the validity of the theoretical recommendations.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that modern data exchange systems transport information that stores elements of personal information. The operator of fiscal data is interested in secure transport of information. The degree of security in modern realities is very important and is designed to ensure confidentiality on the one hand, and on the other hand, full transparency of information for state monitoring bodies. In this regard, this article aims to identify the weaknesses of the adopted system of transport of cryptographic information by the operator of fiscal data and to systematize the theoretical data in relation to the theory on the question of part of the FTS data. The leading approach to the study of the problem is the analysis of the existing system in conjunction with the synthesis of data through the compilation of information, which allows a comprehensive review and systematization of data on the economic phenomenon. The article substantiates the need to reduce the state regulation of restrictions on the formation of information security barriers. The materials of the article are of practical value for the organization of big data stream transportation protection.

At present, a number of researchers conclude that at low levels of the class structure there is so-called 'Precariat', characterized by a low level of capital. Agreeing with this, modern research is devoted to identifying the features of the 'Precariat', manifested in national and sectoral labor markets. The purpose of this paper is to try to answer the question whether 'Precariat' is a social and economic problem for Russia or whether it is a new reality. Considering the stability of employment, the main sources of wages or various groups of the population and the number of these groups, the authors came to the conclusion that, in fact, the main social problem is not the 'Precariat', but the phenomenon that the authors called 'Dependiat' (derived from the word 'dependents'). The 'Dependiat' is characterized by employment of a significant group of population, whose income is permanent, stable and depends mainly on the national budget.
