One of the problems in implementing inclusive education in inclusive elementary schools in Indonesia is that there is no continuous and sustainable mentoring program from the government. This study aimed to explore the opinions of general teachers (GTs) regarding the mentoring program planning by the university that should give to inclusive elementary schools. Collected data by semi-structured interviews with forty of GTs in inclusive elementary schools. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis of qualitative data. The results found four main themes: mentoring inclusive elementary schools' completeness, mentoring inclusive classroom instructions, organizing seminars and training, and mentoring time. The mentoring program planning that the university should conduct for inclusive elementary schools in Indonesia consists of academic and non-academic aspects on a collaborative and sustainable basis. Broadly, the university must be a center for research and development resources for inclusive education that can solve implementing inclusive education at every level of education.

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yaitu bentuk layanan yang berperan agar keterampilan dan kemampuan anak berkembang optimal melalui proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran di PAUD Inklusi Saymara Kartasura meliputi: perencanaan, pengkoordinasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran inklusi diintegrasikan antara ABK dengan siswa reguler tertuang pada perencanaan semester, mingguan, dan harian. (2) Pengkoordinasian pembelajaran inklusi dilakukan dengan bentuk koordinasi vertikal dan horizontal. (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran inklusi dimulai dengan (a) kegiatan pendahuluan, (b) inti, dan (c) penutup. Adanya program terapi perkembagan bagi ABK. (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran inklusi menggunakan teknik penilaian harian, observasi, unjuk kerja, tanya jawab, hasil karya, dan anekdot. Hasil penilaian setiap anak berbeda, disesuaikan dengan kemampuan ABK maupun siswa reguler.

Education financing is part of implementing quality education in educational institutions or academic units that program their institutions to become quality institutions. However, the tug-of-war of interest in providing funding is often experienced by educational institutions so that educational institutions stand idly by, waiting for donors to obtain funding to create quality educational institutions. This research is a type of library research, namely research that is carried out through critical and in-depth studies of library materials that are considered relevant. Find in the field. The research findings indicate that the cost of education has an important influence on improving the quality of education. The use of education costs evenly is expected to improve the overall quality of education in all circles of society. Furthermore, cooperation between the government, local government, and the community needs to support a qualified and high-quality learning process.
