Model characterizing sports game referees

Abstract: Abstract.The question concerning such a person who is forced to work in the conditions of increased stress and about work safety still is a psycho-physiological part of a broader problem. “…It is worth highlighting the important role this variable plays for this group in a previous research study carried out by Ghasemi, Momeni, Rezaee, and Gholami (2009). Rudzitis et al (2014), on their part, carried out an interesting study on 18 referees at an international level in different team sports, assessing the different psychological skills, among which it is worth highlighting in particular the RT assessed using the Vienna Test System.
