Abstract: Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (Allo-HSCT) is routinely performed with peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs) mobilized by injection of G-CSF, a growth factor which not only modulates normal hematopoiesis but also induces diverse immature regulatory cells.
