Mobilization of arsenic from contaminated sediment by anionic and nonionic surfactants

Abstract: The increasing manufacture of surfactants and their wide application in industry, agriculture and household detergents have resulted in large amounts of surfactant residuals being discharged into water and distributed into sediment.
