Mobile Internet Services Personalization Customization via Mobile Portals

Abstract: The mobile internet services are not as "the Internet on your phone", specific algorithms should been designed and implemented so that they adapt to the devices, mobile/wireless networks and mobile operators, and match the user profiles to the diversity of contents structures.
