Mobile Integrated Healthcare Intervention and Impact Analysis with a Medicare Advantage Population

Abstract: Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) is a patient-centered, innovative delivery model offering on-demand, needs-based care and preventive services, delivered in the patient's home or mobile environment.
