Mobile App to Support Teaching in Distance Mode at Fiji National University

Abstract: InordertoassistindeliveringofcoursesindistancemodeatFijiNationalUniversityamobilelearning appwasdesignedandevaluated.Themainobjectiveofthisappwastoprovidelearningsupportto learnerswhoarestudyingindistancemode.Theappwasdesignedforandroidbasedsmartphones andusabilitystudywasconductedtoevaluatetheapp.Theevaluationwasconductedusingtwenty students who examined the system for ease of use, usefulness and user satisfaction. The results highlightedminorusabilityproblemshencerecommendationswerederivedtoimprovetheapp.
