Abstract: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE AND SUMMARY OF RESULTSMixing and transport in large waste-tank volumes is controlled by the multidimensional equations describing mass, momentum and energy conservation, and by boundary conditions imposed at walls, structures, and fluid inlets and outlets.
