“…Despite these works have obtained good sensitivity and selectivity, seeking a facile platform to get a wide linear range is necessary. Poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) is a cation-exchange polymer and can improve the sensitivity of the voltammetric signal of Cd 2 + and Pb 2 + due to its less compact structure with more sulfonate groups (per gram) available for interaction with cations and considerable film charge density in polyelectrolyte PSS led to an effective accumulation of metal ions contributing to signal enhancement [26][27][28]. What is more, graphene is dispersed into the PSS solution to form a homogeneous suspension.…”

“…Due to the abundant functional groups, the polymer film modified electrode has stable performance and the ability to link biomolecules [5][6][7]. Poly-Llysine (pLys) is of versatility and easiness of preparation, and therefore has been used for the modification of the electrode and applied for the electrochemical determination of biomolecules [8,9]. The amino groups of pLys could form electrostatic affinity with the phosphate skeleton of DNA molecules to immobilize the probe DNA.…”
