Mixed-integer Non-linear Programming in Civil Engineering

Abstract: Abstract. The paper discusses the Mixed-Integer Non-linear Programming (MINLP) of problems in civil engineering. The MINLP enables the optimization of continuous parameters simultaneously with discrete alternatives.
