Mitochondrial Respiration Is Associated with Alloxan-Induced Mitochondrial Permeability Transition

Abstract: We previously showed that increased mitochondrial inner membrane permeability which is known as mitochondrial permeability transition (MPT) is triggered by adding succinate in the presence of the diabetogenic agent alloxan.
