Mitigation of scintillation in FSO communication using a temporally and spatially incoherent spectrum-sliced light source

Abstract: We propose and demonstrate a temporally and spatially incoherent spectrum-sliced light source for scintillation mitigation in free-space optical (FSO) communications.
